I've been taking Laura's classes on a Monday evening for a few weeks now and it's perfect way to refocus and relax for the week ahead. Even virtually, she creates a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere and enabled me to push myself further in my practice then trying to do it alone. I love the timing of the slow flow classes!
A great class. Thought it was a great pace and very well explained with lots of ways to adapt if you have injuries. I really struggle to relax and was amazed at how calm I was at the end and how the class made me take time out of the day and forget everything else that is going on. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend.
Attended a Zoom yoga session run by Laura and very impressed. She was very considerate to a wide range of people in terms of movements and I really enjoyed the session. Highly recommended.
Really well set up for people of different skills. The adjustments are explained well. I've had a good few months away from regular practice, so it's nice to be able to take slow and build from a strong foundation. My toddler son joined in for the first ten minutes which I really liked.
